Rakenne ja idea ovat samat: kolme eri treeniohjelmaa, joista kutakin tehdään aina 8 viikkoa ja välissä on kevennettyjä aktiivisen levon viikkoja. Ohjelmat tähtäävät yhteen ja samaan eri tekniikoin: lihasmassan kasvattamiseen.
Treenit ovat hieman haastavampia niin liikkeiltään kuin jaoiltaankin. Sekaan on heitetty hieman erikoistekniikoita ja kovaa volyymia koko vartalolle.
Tutuksi tulevat nyt supersarjat ja pyramidit, jotka lisäävät treeniisi väkisinkin intensiteettiä ja aktivoivat pääkoppaa.
Lisäksi uutena asiana valmennukseen on lisätty lihaksen kasvua tukeva ruokavalio, jonka voit tulostaa vaikka jääkaappisi oveen oleellisista asioista muistuttamaan.
Ravinto on kehon muokkaamisessa hyvin tärkeä osa-alue. Oikealla ruokavaliolla saat huiman boostin lihaskasvuun varsinkin, jos et ole aikaisemmin asiaan kiinnittänyt juurikaan huomiota.
