“Painoa tippui muutama kilo ja kiinteytymistä tapahtui. X-malli alkaa muodostua. Ennen kaikkea olen tyytyväinen siihen, miten treenaamisesta ja terveellisestä ruokavaliosta ei muodostunut mitään pakkoa ja mörköä, vaan kaiken pystyi tehdä hyvillä mielin. Motivaatio pysyi yllä koko ajan ja pysyy edelleen ja treenejä odottaa mielellään. Kun mitään ei kielletä, on ruokavaliota paljon helpompi noudattaa myös pitkällä aikavälillä.”
